My husband and I got brisket, I got it in a sandwich and he got the meal. We were so happy with how amazing everything turned out, the brisket was perfectly cooked and fell apart in the most delicious way, all the sides were also just as good as the brisket. We went for a late lunch/early dinner and didn’t have any issues with timing or service. If we’re ever in the area again we will absolutely come back here.

This place has a nice brisket! I love a low slow smoke with a ring and these folks nailed it. The pulled pork and ribs were also quite good. They are sauce agnostic so you can get your regional choice which is nice, I tend to prefer vinegary on the pork. The sides are also on point beans, mac and hush puppies were a treat. We went on a slow winter afternoon and the service was as great. We travel about an hour to go here but it is worth it although on our last visit the dinning room was closed for reno😬

We had an absolutely amazing experience here! We started with the shrimp — they were perfectly cooked: juicy, tender, not overdone at all. For our main dishes, we had the ribs and brisket. The ribs literally melted in our mouths, while the brisket was outstanding — tender, juicy, with that rich smoky aftertaste that lingers just right. The fries were simply amazing, tasting like true homemade fries. The service was great — attentive and friendly. Highly, highly recommend this place!

I had the ribs & my husband had The Rachel sandwich. Ribs were fall off the bone tender, moist & had excellent flavor. The Rachel had smoked turkey & was tender & delicious. We took home some Kansas City & Carolina BBQ sauce. Service by Pat was excellent. Will definitely be back when in the area!

Excellent BBQ, I always get the brisket whenever I come! The Texas Mac is my personal favorite whenever I stop at their food truck as well. Food is always really delicious! This is my 4th time at the restaurant, I've ordered online at least 2 or 3 times, and have stopped at their food truck countless times, and I've never been disappointed!

I highly recommend this barbeque joint. We walked in and had our food less than 15 minutes later. The barbeque sauce is unique and delicious 😋. The turkey is juicy and mouthwatering. The portions were excellent. I will be back

A bunch of us came in for lunch on a Sunday pre-Bills game and tried whatever we could on the menu. The Mac and cheese side is more a penne-and-cheese but still solid. The catfish fingers and onion rings were great. Their fried chicken was amazing and is a must try. The brisket is also solid but the ribs definitely stole the show. As for sauces, all four are great but the Carolina was a favourite (think tangy vinegar base but a touch spicier and more flavourful) and the Memphis had a nice hint of spice with sweetness. The service was just as quick and super hospitable.

I first heard about Fat Bob's a few years ago but it wasn't until I visited 42 North and had The Whole Farm Nachos (quite possibly the best nachos ever! ) that I visited the sit down, Buffalo location. I had the southern fried chicken (only on Sundays) hush puppies and collard greens, my wife had the ribs with Cole slaw and Mac salad. We also had the Texas Twinkie's (Cheese stuffed Jalapeños wrapped in bacon then cooked in the smoker) Every item was pure perfection and the best I've had in WNY! The service was excellent, the food TASTY and the rest rooms were clean. I have allready been there three or four times and plan on going back again soon!
